3) Customer Service/Support (Comfortable placing high volume calls and dealing with unhappy customers)

- Attention to detail
- Consistent attendance/work history
- Self-starter & ability to work independently (Manager will sit in Phoenix)

Description:

- Project Coordinator that can be trained to work a phone dialer/program and create/schedule 3G work in Mastermind.
- Supporting various administrative tasks and ability to be a self-starter
- Providing customer support and maintenance to existing customers
- Managing the consistency of support within the warehouse/office relating to internal techs and leadership

 

6 month contract.
