About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our BoxLunch & Hot Topic team. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Customer Service Expertise: Provide exceptional customer service, with a focus on building strong relationships and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Sales Growth: Utilize your fandom knowledge and product expertise to drive sales, process transactions efficiently, and upsell/cross-sell merchandise.
  • Store Visuals and Maintenance: Ensure that assigned sales floor zones are up to visual standards, and assist with planogram changes, including store map, wall, fixture, and merchandising mix.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, maintain store tidiness, and support ongoing initiatives.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a sales-related role.
  • Customer Service Skills: Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service, with a focus on building strong relationships and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to navigate the sales floor, merchandise products using approved equipment, and lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
Compensation and Benefits
