Job Overview

Volt Workforce Solutions is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the seamless execution of customer requests.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary range of $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have 1-2+ years of call center experience, preferably in a healthcare environment, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interact directly with customers, sales, and/or service representatives to handle inbound and outbound post-sales service functions.
  • Receive and respond to customer and internal partner requests, working independently or collaboratively with other teams as needed.
  • Prepare and retrieve documentation related to customer accounts, products, and services.
  • Update databases with documentation related to customer interactions and steps taken to serve customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate account information by keeping it up-to-date and filing/managing customer documentation/forms.
  • Schedule field sales/service visits or escalate to partners as appropriate.
  • Handle requests for additional company materials.
  • Resolve customer billing, payment, and credit problems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Associate Degree in Business Administration or Health Management, Medical Administration.
  • Workers' Comp or Healthcare experience a plus (preferred)
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Suite knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
