Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Care Coordinator to join our team in Tucson, Arizona. Your primary responsibility will be to receive customer and internal partner requests, work independently or collaborate with other teams to service these requests, follow-up, or escalate appropriately. Additionally, you will prepare/retrieve documentation related to customer accounts, products, and services inquiries/issues, update databases with customer interaction documentation, ensure accurate account information by keeping it updated, file/manage customer documentation/forms, schedule field sales/service visits, or escalate to partners as needed.
Salary
This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary range of $18.00-$20.00 per hour, based on several factors, including your education, work experience, location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a High School Diploma or Associate Degree in Business Administration or Health Management, Medical Administration, and 1-2 years of call center experience in a healthcare environment. Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Suite knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is also required. Availability to work a shift range between 6:00am - 7:00pm is essential.
