salary: $26 - $27 per hour

Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

The Billing Specialist manages promotional expenses, pricing agreements, and budget reconciliation for assigned accounts, working closely with sales and support teams to ensure accurate and timely account management.

  • Oversee promotional expense management by tracking account budgets, reconciling sales funds, and ensuring accurate allocation of promotional funds.
  • Create, validate, and issue time-sensitive pricing agreements and promotional credits to maintain correct pricing and support promotional activities.
  • Collaborate daily with sales, credit, and support teams to resolve account discrepancies, research chargebacks, and communicate with partners on account status and issues.

  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field such as sales assistance or claims account support.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, V-lookups).
