Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Receivables Specialist to join our team at Lloyd Staffing. As a Receivables Specialist, you will be responsible for managing receivables for medical insurance claims and ensuring timely collections from insurance providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage receivables for medical insurance claims and ensure timely collections from insurance providers.
  • Use our system to track, document, and process claims, keeping detailed records of all activities.
  • Communicate effectively with insurance companies by phone and email to resolve billing issues and secure payments.
  • Send appeal letters for denied or underpaid claims to facilitate proper reimbursement.

Requirements:

  • Experience in collections (medical or business A/R preferred) or a solid administrative background.
  • A professional, detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities—both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.
