Country Club General Manager Qualifications & Responsibilities:
  • Experience: 5+ years as a General Manager in a high-end Country Club or Hotel/Resort setting
  • Leadership: Proven ability to mentor, guide, and develop a cohesive team in a structured environment
  • Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on understanding and connecting with club members
  • Club Representation: Serve as the face of the club while managing administrative functions effectively
  • Business Savvy: Strong business acumen with a teaching and coaching mindset to drive growth
  • Critical Thinking: Proactive problem solver with sharp decision-making skills
