Position Summary:


The Club Lounge Service Attendant plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service to guests while ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained throughout the operational hours.

This position involves setting up and maintaining the breakfast buffet, ensuring that all dining areas are kept clean and inviting at all times.


Key Responsibilities:
Employees are expected to be consistently attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to guests, supervisors, and fellow team members.

Maintain cleanliness and proper stocking of all work areas in accordance with the current meal period.

Ensure all tables are cleaned and set according to property-specific standards.

Set up and dismantle the breakfast buffet area following established guidelines.

Proactively assist with clearing tables and promptly address any guest requests.

Complete daily opening and closing tasks as well as cleaning duties as per the established checklist.

Support colleagues as needed throughout the shift.

Ensure overall guest satisfaction is achieved.

Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with experience in a hotel or related field.

Flexibility and the ability to work long hours may be required.


This role involves heavy lifting, requiring the ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 20 pounds constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.

Ability to stand for the duration of the shift is essential.


Effective verbal and written communication skills are necessary to interact with all levels of staff and guests in a friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner.

Must be adept at listening to, understanding, and addressing concerns raised by guests and team members.

Ability to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines is crucial.

Approach all interactions with guests and colleagues in a friendly, attentive, and service-oriented manner.

Attend all required meetings and training sessions.


Maintain regular attendance in accordance with company standards, which may vary based on the needs of the hotel.

Uphold high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the appropriate uniform and nametag.

Adhere to company standards and regulations to promote safe and efficient hotel operations.

Maximize productivity efforts, identify problem areas, and assist in implementing solutions.

Effectively handle issues, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and resolving problems as necessary.

Ability to comprehend and apply complex information and data from various sources to achieve objectives.

Cross-training in other hotel-related areas may be required.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Demonstrate initiative by anticipating guest or operational needs.

Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.
