Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Administrator to join our team in the Engineering industry situated in Burlington, Massachusetts. The role primarily involves ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of payroll, maintaining up-to-date employee records, and serving as a point of contact for pay-related queries.

Responsibilities
• Accurately process bi-weekly payroll in a timely manner
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of employee timesheet data, ensuring compliance with both federal and state laws
• Accurately calculate and process taxes, deductions, benefits, and other payroll-related elements
• Investigate and rectify payroll discrepancies and errors
• Assist in managing benefit file feeds and funding
• Respond to employee queries and concerns related to pay
• Handle requests for pay-related documents such as pay statements and W2’s
• Maintain current knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations, as well as labor laws
• Assist with special projects as needed
• Utilize accounting software systems and tools such as ADP - Financial Services, About Time, UKG Pro, and Kronos to carry out tasks effectively.• Proficient in Accounting Software Systems.
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services.
• Experience in 401k - RRSP Administration.
• Proficiency in About Time software.
• Understanding of basic Accounting Functions.
• Demonstrable skills in Auditing.
• Knowledge of Benefit Functions.
• Proficient in using UKG Pro software.
• Experience with Kronos workforce management software.
