Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated Med Aide (Med Tech) to join our wellness team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for administering medications and assisting residents with their individual treatment plans.
- Administer medications and assist residents in various ways to support their treatment plans.
- Contribute vital information to the development and implementation of customized service plans.
- Administer treatment plans, chart medications in the Medication Administration Record, and document results of PRN medications and missed medications.
- Respond to calls and concerns from family members and physicians as directed.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Care and compassion for our residents.
- Open-mindedness and a desire to make a difference in the lives of others.
- Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
