LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring for a Housing Coordinator in Santa Barbara, CA We are seeking passionate individuals who are driven to make a positive impact in the lives of others by supporting our housing programs.

About the Role - Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide facility tours to guests and new program participants.

  • Collaborate with case managers to support guests' individualized service plans aimed at homelessness prevention, employment assistance, and housing stabilization.

  • Maintain the interim housing floors, ensuring a clean, hospitable, and inclusive environment for all guests.

  • Assist with organizing living spaces, providing hygiene essentials, and supporting daily needs.

  • Work alongside the operations team to ensure the facility is safe and secure.

  • Deliver crisis intervention services to enhance participants' problem-solving abilities and promote independence.

Pay range and compensation package - Pay: $21.50/hr

Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.50 per hour
