Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Services Coordinator II. This role will be responsible for implementing and coordinating community programs, services, and partnerships to support the needs of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and coordinate community programs, services, and partnerships to support the needs of our residents.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local community agencies, service providers, and partners to ensure effective collaboration and service delivery.
  • Conduct needs assessments, develop property plans, and provide responsive customer service to residents, including those with high acuity populations and complex support requests.
  • Maintain accurate property-level records and files, including data entry and tracking of service activities.
  • Ensure timely property-level reporting, consistent with our policies, procedures, and trainings.
  • Participate in staff and team meetings, trainings, and other site-sponsored events to foster effective team building and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, Sociology, Gerontology, or related field, and 1 year of experience and/or training in community development, social services, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working in related areas, such as families, adults, and youth in a diverse population, youth in a classroom or after-school setting, or older adults/elderly support and/or service to those with acute health conditions.
  • Experience supporting program and service implementation and coordination, collaborating with local service providers, and maintaining accurate records and files.
  • English and Spanish written and verbal proficiency, with excellent customer service orientation, relationship-building skills, and ability to productively resolve conflict.
  • Excellent judgment, discretion, troubleshooting, and creative problem-solving skills, with a desire to work with high-needs and untapped populations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid California Driver's License, proof of current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
Working Conditions
  • Must be available to work 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends required.
  • Ability to travel between properties.
