Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPosition Overview:

LHH is in search of a skilled Workday Analyst for a hybrid, contract position based out of Chatsworth, CA. As a Workday Analyst Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting and administering HR and Finance applications within a collaborative team environment. This role involves system administration, technical support, data management, and process improvement to ensure smooth operation of HRIS and related applications. This position requires a strong understanding of data security, regulatory compliance, and effective troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business requirements into efficient processes within HRIS and Finance applications.

  • Collaborate on process improvements, system solutions, and procedural enhancements.

  • Maintain data security and compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations.

  • Serve as the application administrator, managing user security, permissions, and performing regular audits.

  • Provide user support, troubleshooting, and training to ensure application efficacy.

  • Generate accurate program-related data reports for internal/external use.

  • Write and maintain reporting queries using data visualization and Excel tools.

  • Conduct periodic audits to maintain data integrity, consistency, and accuracy.

Job Specifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Associate’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

  • Experience: 3 years of application/user account administration or business/data analysis.

  • Skills: Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, basic relational database knowledge, strong interpersonal and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Experience:

  • Knowledge of Workday and various modules such as timekeeping, benefits and recruiting.

Duration: 6-Months Minimum

Compensation: $32-35/hr
