We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Intake Specialist who excels in phone interactions. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you’ll use your strong phone skills to connect with people, gather essential information, and ensure they feel supported throughout the process. If you excel in phone communication and are passionate about helping others, this position is for you. Salary Range is $50,000-$60,000 DOE.


Duties

  • Conduct initial client interviews to gather essential information and assess needs.
  • Use empathy and compassion to put callers at ease, ensuring they feel heard and supported.
  • Build rapport with potential new clients quickly and effectively.
  • Control the pace and direction of calls, guiding conversations to gather essential information efficiently.
  • Convey confidence and professionalism on every call, maintaining a reassuring tone.
  • Maintain consistency by treating every client with care and compassion, regardless of call volume or timing.
  • Document and organize client information in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with legal staff to ensure smooth case management.
  • Continuously improve knowledge of different case types and medical conditions, particularly related to Personal Injury Law, to better assist clients.


Job Requirements

  • Empathy and Compassion: Ability to make callers feel comfortable and supported during interactions.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of call center or legal intake experience
  • Confidence on the Phone: Convey confidence and professionalism on every call, maintaining a calm and reassuring tone.
  • Consistency: Treat every call with the same level of care and attentiveness.
  • Rapport Building: Ability to quickly and effectively build trust with new clients.
  • Call Control: Skill in directing conversations and gathering information efficiently.
  • Enthusiasm: A genuine passion for helping others and making a positive difference.
  • Learning: A willingness to learn about various case types and medical conditions related to personal injuries.
