As a Client Billing Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our billing operations, supporting attorneys and clients while ensuring every detail is impeccably managed. Key Responsibilities:

Daily Billing Activities: Drive the billing process, supporting attorneys and practice assistants while ensuring client satisfaction.
Manage Complex Billing Processes: Navigate intricate billing scenarios with finesse, conducting research and making revisions as needed.
Edit and Generate Invoices: Work on attorneys' monthly proformas and produce polished invoices that reflect our high standards.
Accounting System Oversight: Verify rates and instructions to ensure everything is set up flawlessly for our clients.
Audit and Review: Conduct meticulous audits of unbilled time and costs, proofreading and updating spreadsheets to maintain accuracy.
Collaborate and Coordinate: Work with various billing departments to streamline joint billings and ensure a cohesive process.
E-billing Mastery: Submit and manage electronic invoices, resolving any issues with speed and efficiency, and keeping communication flowing with all stakeholders.
Reporting and Analysis: Create insightful reports and summaries that present complex data in accessible formats for attorneys and clients alike.
Training and Support: Assist in training and guiding your fellow Client Billing Specialists, promoting best practices and quality control.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for enhancing efficiency in our billing processes.
What You Bring:

Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is preferred, or equivalent legal/e-billing experience.
Experience: 3-5 years in legal billing and e-billing, with proficiency in using third-party vendors.
Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills are a must, along with proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and familiarity with 3E and HUB e-billing software.
Customer Service Orientation: A commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients and attorneys while maintaining a high-quality work product.
Attention to Detail: The ability to juggle a high volume of work without sacrificing accuracy is essential.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with a diverse array of personalities.
Self-Motivation: A strong work ethic, capable of working independently while being a supportive team player.
Adaptability: Thriving under pressure and adept at managing multiple priorities with ease.
Additional Responsibilities:

Engage in special projects and other duties as assigned by the Billing Manager, Manager of Accounting, or attorneys.
