Role Overview:
Youll support students academic, social, and emotional development through assessments, counseling, and teamwork with school staff and families.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Psychological Assessments: Identify students academic and emotional needs through evaluations.
  • IEP Collaboration: Work with IEP teams to design tailored student support plans.
  • Counseling Services: Provide one-on-one and group counseling to assist students with challenges.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with teachers and families to foster student success.
  • Mental Health Support: Advocate for mental health resources and offer training in support strategies.
  • Crisis Management: Assist in crisis response to ensure student safety.

Qualifications:

  • Degree: Masters or Doctorate in School Psychology.
  • Certification: Eligible for Massachusetts School Psychologist certification.
  • Experience: Prior school experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply.
  • Skills: Strong in assessments, collaboration, and mental health support.
