Robert Half is looking for someone who could become a key player as the Front Desk Coordinator leading the lobby area at growing firm based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The Front Desk Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operation at the reception and providing excellent service to guests and residents. As a Front Desk Coordinator your responsibilities will include but aren't limited too:

• Responsibility for the reception area, welcoming residents and guests.


• Efficiently directing visitors upon check-in.


• Handling phone communications, including receiving calls and recording messages.


• Addressing resident inquiries and ensuring queries are forwarded to the General Manager.


• Executing various clerical tasks as required.

The ideal Front Desk Coordinator will have:

• High school degree; additional qualifications will be a plus


• Demonstrated experience in a receptionist role or similar front desk coordinator position


• Proficiency in handling receptionist duties, including managing multiline phone systems, greeting guests, and scheduling appointments


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact positively with clients and staff


• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment


• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures


• Familiarity with office gadgets and applications such as e-calendars and copy machines


• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently


• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion


• Excellent customer service skills


• Flexibility to work in shifts, if required.
