Role Overview
As a Sales Manager, you'll lead and support a team of financial advisors, ensuring they meet sales targets, adhere to compliance standards, and maintain high performance. You'll optimize sales processes, provide impactful coaching, and play a critical role in driving revenue growth.
What You'll Do
Set clear performance goals and hold advisors accountable.
Refine sales strategies to boost efficiency and results.
Train and mentor advisors to excel in sales techniques and client engagement.
Monitor KPIs, generate performance reports, and address under performance.
Collaborate across teams to improve client service and streamline operations.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 5+ years in sales management or financial services leadership.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and CRM analytics expertise.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of financial products and compliance standards.
