Sales Support Coordinator

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator. This role is responsible for supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, handling order entry, updating and maintaining the CRM, and performing various sales support activities. The ideal candidate is proactive, has strong communication skills, and is comfortable in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Process and input sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Update customer information, sales activity, and other data in the CRM system to ensure records are current and accurate.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, creating presentations, and assisting with special projects.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, inventory availability, and general inquiries.
- Prepare and maintain necessary sales documents, such as order confirmations, shipping documents, and invoices.
- Collaborate with other departments such as logistics and customer service to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Perform data entry tasks as needed to support sales operations.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
- High attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Collaborative attitude with a willingness to assist other team members as needed.
- 9:00am-5:00pm
- Monday through Friday
- 100% in office
- Contract to Hire
Pay Details: $26.00 to $32.00 per hour
