Job Description:

  • Provide front office clerical support and reception duties.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Enter, scan, and review documents accurately.
  • Sort and distribute daily invoices and mail.
  • Perform clerical tasks related to legal documents.
  • Assist client service representatives and the medical records team by sending out medical/billing requests and making outbound calls to check the status of medical records requests as needed.
  • Complete other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

· Office/clerical experience is highly preferred but wiling to train with strong computer skills

· Time Management skills

· Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities while meeting crucial deadlines.

· Requires effective oral and written communication skills, excellent phone etiquette/skills and computer literacy.

· We are looking for someone that is self-directed, reliable and enjoys working with clients over the phone.

Additional Info:

· Pay rate: $18/hr.

· Schedule: Part-time | Monday - Friday 10am - 5pm with a 30 min. lunch

· Location: 100% in office

· Type: Contract-to-hire
