Infrastructure Manager

Hybrid – 2-3 days onsite/week

Must be local. New Jersey candidates cannot be considered

As the leader of the systems team, you'll play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing infrastructure, ensuring operational success, and leading initiatives that keep the technologies at the cutting edge.

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with IT infrastructure and cloud solutions, including Azure, Windows Server, and more.
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role managing a team of IT professionals.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure migration is a significant advantage.
- Strong expertise in system support, data communication networks, and server technologies.
- Excellent vendor management skills for procurement of hardware and software.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
