Director of Infrastructure

Hudson RPO is seeking a highly skilled Director of Infrastructure to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our IT infrastructure strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement IT infrastructure architecture to ensure reliable 24/7 operations
- Lead incident response calls and document RCA
- Manage staff and service providers responsible for on-premises and cloud infrastructure
- Plan, design, and implement technology solutions in traditional datacenter and public or private clouds
- Focus on forward-looking aspects of infrastructure and leverage automation solutions
- Build future state roadmaps and provide mentorship on new technologies
- Ensure all assets are in ITAM/CMDB with accurate hardware, software, and firmware information
- Improve customer satisfaction metrics, SLA, SLO, and deliverables
- Build successful stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted advisor
- Provide input on emerging technologies to support digital strategy
- Establish service level objectives and agreements
- Prioritize resources and efforts in support of strategic initiatives
- Work closely with vendor partnerships to deliver technical solutions
- Develop metrics and reporting program to demonstrate continuous improvement
- Support ISO 27001 efforts and risk-related functions
- Bachelor's degree and 7 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Three years of experience managing technology professionals and leading cross-functional teams
- Crisis management experience with emphasis on preparedness and response
- Superior technical aptitude and analytical acumen
- Proven track record of completing projects in specified deadlines
- Fundamental understanding of ITIL, ITSM, change management, and technology management best practices
- Ability to handle high-impact situations and remain effective under pressure
- Solid understanding of enterprise level infrastructure
- High level working knowledge of SAP system architecture and inter-dependencies
- Effective self and personnel leadership skills
- Ability to communicate effectively within GBTS and business units
- Self-starter with ability to work individually or in a team environment
- Experimental mindset to drive innovation
- Excellent analytical skills with experience turning data into actionable insights
- Challenger mindset and passion to challenge status quo
- Believes in non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency, and trust
