Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a PART TIME long term opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator in Newport News, Virginia. As an EBT Administrative Coordinator, you will have a range of responsibilities that require strong customer service and data entry skills. Your ability to work effectively with the public and resolve inquiries efficiently will be crucial to this role.
Key responsibilities:
• Respond to and resolve customer issues and inquiries in a detail oriented and effective manner • Accurately process customer credit applications • Maintain detailed and accurate customer credit records • Assist customers, providing high-quality customer service • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Utilize Microsoft Excel extensively to manage and organize data • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing • Work well in a team, contributing to a positive work environment • Utilize critical thinking skills to make sound decisions • Use time management skills effectively to meet deadlines and goals.• Minimum of one year experience in a similar role or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
• Experience in customer service, specifically in assisting customers and answering inbound calls
• A commitment to the mission and values of the non-profit sector
• Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Basic administrative skills such as filing, typing, and managing records.
