Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are offering a short term contract employment opportunity in the financial services industry located in Salt Lake City, Utah. We are in search of an Administrative Assistant who is highly organized and meticulous. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be expected to handle customer inquiries, maintain accurate records, and process customer applications.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process applications for customer credit
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and meticulous manner
• Enter and maintain accurate customer credit records in our database
• Manage inbound and outbound calls effectively
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times
• Ensure efficient email correspondence with customers
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) to complete tasks
• Schedule appointments as necessary
• Handle data entry tasks with attention to detail.• Proficient in answering inbound calls and managing inbound/outbound calls efficiently.
• Demonstrated customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer queries and resolve issues.
• Capable of performing data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent email correspondence skills, with the ability to draft, send, and manage detail-oriented emails effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience in scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
• Prior experience in the financial services industry is desirable.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for details.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
