Job DescriptionJob Description

Our client, in Syracuse, NY is seeking a Compliance Specialist to join their team. As a compliance specialist, you will be working directly with the Operations Manager, communicating compliance results. The ideal candidate will have minimum of 1 yr contract management experience, Basic knowledge of and experience with Windows applications and Microsoft Office. It'd be great if you also have: Associate degree in Business Administration.

 

Job Title: Compliance Specialist 

Location: Syracuse, NY

Pay Range: $19/hr

 

What’s the Job?

  • Process customer-mandated background checks, Motor Vehicle Reports (MVR) and drug screens
  • Review the results of all background, MVRs, and drug screens to determine whether they meet the criteria
  • Review each applicant's background and drug test authorization forms and supporting documentation for completeness, accuracy, and usability
  • Obtain missing, inaccurate, or unusable documents from appropriate Operations Manager Accurately

 

What’s Needed?

  • 1 year of contract management experience or relatable experience
  • Basic knowledge of and experience with Windows applications and Microsoft Office
  • Availability to work additional hours as needed
