Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Regulatory and Compliance Clerk to join our team at KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with preparation, organization, and communication of contracts, licensing applications, and reports
  • Provide support to other departments for contract status, licenses, and other items
  • Support ProAct Pharmacy Services with regulatory and compliance matters, including licensing and registration
  • Update tracking documents for expiration, renewal, and other dates
  • Create agendas and gather information for meetings and presentations
  • Assist with application submissions, mailings, and payment requests
  • Support regulatory filing preparation and review
  • Contribute to HIPAA compliance efforts to ensure policies and procedures meet requirements
  • Communicate with external agencies and partners as needed
  • Prioritize workflow to meet internal and external deadlines
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Complete mandatory and regulatory training programs
Requirements
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe
  • Self-motivation and ability to prioritize tasks with a strong sense of urgency
  • Understanding of PBM and/or TPA industry (preferred)
  • Minimum: High School Diploma or GED; Preferred: AS Degree or Higher
  • Experience in a clerical position or similar (preferred)
