Compensation: $25-27/hr. USD

Work Hours: 8 am- 5 pm

Location: Wilsonville. Oregon - In office

Are you ready for an exciting new opportunity? LHH is partnering with a well-known company in Wilsonville, Oregon, that is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with job costing and accounts payable in a construction environment. Below are more details.

In this role, you will:

  • Perform three-way matching to align purchase orders, receipts, and invoices.

  • Manage vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements, resolving discrepancies, and addressing inquiries.

  • Assign appropriate general ledger codes to expenses and ensure accurate job cost allocations.

  • Process 400+ invoices weekly, including automated and manual entries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

To be a fit, you must have:

  • 1+ years of accounts payable experience in the construction industry.

  • Proficiency in Viewpoint software is preferred.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and an investigative mindset.

  • Honesty, reliability, and a strong sense of accountability.



Pay Details: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
