Accounts Payable Clerk

We are in the search for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our client's team located in Tualatin, OR. The primary function of this role involves supporting AP and Payroll with Data Entry.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently manage communications with vendors, handling inquiries and resolving issues
• Code invoices accurately to the corresponding general ledger accounts and classes
• Execute accounts payable transactions daily with utmost precision
• Keep vendor records up-to-date, including obtaining W-9’s from new vendors and managing existing files
• Annually prepare and file 1099’s for vendors
• Handle the completion and submission of credit applications for new vendors when necessary.
• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required• Familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP) procedures is essential
• Must be skilled in Data Entry tasks
• Experience in Invoice Processing is a must
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
• Familiarity with Sage Intacct is beneficial
