Job Description:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist for our client in Blue Ash, Ohio. This is a contract-to-hire position offering competitive pay between $18 and $20 per hour. The ideal candidate will have previous office or receptionist experience and will be responsible for managing the front desk, answering phones, and handling emails.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Respond to emails and handle general inquiries.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an office or receptionist role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional appearance and demeanor.
