The Role Itself
  • 1. Performs various secretarial and clerical support duties.
  • 2. Coordinates interdepartmental services and orders supplies.
  • 3. Prepares statistical reports, attends meetings, and handles mail.
  • 4. Orients new employees and ensures compliance with policies.
  • 5. Exercises judgment in prioritizing assignments and seeks direction when needed.
  • 6. Demonstrates telephone courtesy and responds promptly.
