• Utilize your proficiency in accounting software systems and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning to improve processes and operations.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless communication and effective resolution of customer inquiries.
• Leverage your skills in billing functions, cash handling, and aged receivables to improve the overall efficiency of the accounts receivable department.
• Maintain a customer-focused approach to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to all company policies and regulations, while also staying up-to-date with any changes in relevant financial legislation.• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Familiarity with various accounting functions
• Demonstrated competence with Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Experience with billing functions
• Ability to handle cash activity and cash handling procedures
• Knowledge of accounts receivables systems
• Experience in managing aged receivables
• Proficiency in billing and billing collection
• Experience in collecting payments.
