LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with one of our clients looking to fill an Accounts Receivable Clerk job for the corporate office located in Richmond, CA. This position is 100 percent in-office The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and experience with accounts receivable or collections. The role will be responsible for processing transactions daily, entering manual invoices and customer payments, updating customer accounts, reconciling accounts, receive payments via cash, checks and credit cards and process accordingly, communicating with customers via phone and in-person and resolve any challenges or discrepancies, and assist with other miscellaneous office duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications for the job include:
- Accounts Receivable experience (experience with batches, collections, invoices)
- Strong customer service and communications (written & verbal)
- Software experience with an ERP system would be nice to have
- Team player, patient, and enthusiastic
- Reliable, a can-do positive attitude, and quick to learn
- Detailed, a problem-solver, organized, and gets the job done
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook & Excel))

Experience: 1 year of Accounts Receivable/Accounting experience (Accounts Receivable Clerk, Accounting Clerk/Assistant, Entry Level Recent Graduate)
Compensation: $23.00 – $27.00
Employment Type: Temp to Hire (3 to 4 months temp)
