BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Onsite Desktop Support Technician role in Remote 

Position Title: Onsite Desktop Support Technician

Location: Raleigh, NC

Anticipated Start Date: Tentative start Date 10/07/2024

Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.

Expected Duration: 12+ Months Contract with possibilities for Conversion

Job Type: Contract: 40hr/ week

Pay Range: $25.92/hr - $27.59/hr on W2

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Job Description:

 

·        Onsite Desktop Support Technician, Win10, hardware break/fix, software install/troubleshooting,

·        Service Now, ticket management, customer service skills.

·        3 years minimum experience, own transportation,

·        1 year contract that could lead to full time role.

·        onsite requirement.
