Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Desktop Support Technician to provide on-site field support to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, upgrading, and maintaining hardware and equipment, as well as providing technical support and training to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site field support to clients, including installation, repair, and maintenance of hardware and equipment.
  • Resolve customer issues related to hardware installation, repair, upgrade, and maintenance.
  • Instruct clients on the operation and maintenance of systems and equipment.
  • Ensure issues are referred to the appropriate personnel or service areas for follow-up, testing, and troubleshooting.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of deskside support experience.
  • Strong hardware and software installation and troubleshooting skills.
  • Break/fix experience.
  • Strong Windows 10 installation and support skills.
  • Experience with ServiceNow and ticket management.
  • Network troubleshooting skills.
