Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage all new hire and employee paperwork.
• Upload all necessary documents to relevant files.
• Schedule drug screens for employees as required.
• Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations to familiarize them with company culture and procedures.
• Schedule interviews for potential hires.
• Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth onboarding processes.
• Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
• Assist in employee development and training logistics and record-keeping.
• Participate in administrative staff meetings and attend other meetings and seminars.
• Assist in special projects as needed, such as internal audits or employee surveys.• Proficient in Administrative Assistance tasks such as organizing files, preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and supporting staff.
• Experience in conducting New Hire Orientations, including presenting company policies, goals, and procedures to new employees.
• Familiarity with conducting Drug Screens, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulations.
• Ability to Schedule Interviews, coordinating between candidates and hiring managers, and managing logistics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels within the organization.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of human resources principles and practices, as well as employment laws and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address employee issues and concerns promptly and professionally.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality, with the ability to handle sensitive information appropriately.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
