Responsibilities of the Human Resources Manager:

  • Oversee all aspects of human resources to create a productive and engaging work environment.
  • Manage the recruitment process and develop effective onboarding programs for new employees.
  • Implement training programs, manage performance reviews, and develop employee recognition and incentive programs.
  • Align HR goals with business initiatives, address employee concerns, and participate in strategic planning activities.



Qualifications for the Human Resources Manager:

  • Minimum of seven years of progressive human resources experience
  • ADP Workforce Now a plus
  • SHRM Certification a plus
  • Associate's degree


Salary and Benefits:
  • Base Pay - $90,000 to $100,000
  • Robust benefit package
  • In office opportunity near New Philadelphia, Ohio
  • Some local travel required to different sites
