Client Overview:

Our client is a well-established company in their industry, known for their commitment to innovation and excellence. They are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Human Resources Representative to join their dynamic team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$27-$30 per hour

Position Overview:

As a Human Resources Representative, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment and selection process, maintaining and updating employee records, handling employee grievances and concerns, and providing support to employees in matters such as leave requests, benefits, and training opportunities.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process by screening and conducting initial interviews with candidates.
  • Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
  • Handle employee grievances and concerns and offer solutions to ensure a harmonious work environment.
  • Provide support to employees in matters such as leave requests, benefits, and training opportunities.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct employee performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
  • Assist in the development and management of training programs for employees.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources or a related area.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software applications.
  • Experience with the recruitment and selection processes is preferred.
Education Requirements:
  • Associate's degree is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
