Client Overview:

Our client is well-known in their industry and is growing rapidly. Our client is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Human Resources Representative to join their dynamic team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$27/hr - $30/hr

Position Overview:

As a Human Resources Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's Human Resources department by providing excellent service to the employees, managing recruitment processes, and promoting a positive work environment.

Responsibilities of the Human Resources Representative:

  • Assisting in the recruitment and selection process by screening and conducting initial interviews with candidates.
  • Maintaining and updating employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
  • Handling employee grievances and concerns and offering solutions to ensure a harmonious work environment.
  • Providing support to employees in matters such as leave requests, benefits, and training opportunities.
  • Collaborating with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Conducting employee performance appraisals and providing feedback to employees.
  • Assisting in the development and management of training programs for employees.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintaining confidentiality of employee and company information.
Qualifications of the Human Resources Representative:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources or a related area.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software applications.
  • Experience with the recruitment and selection processes is preferred.
Education Requirements:
  • Associate's degree is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
