We are seeking a meticulous Receptionist to join our team located in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, 33410, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for handling phone calls, managing files, and delivering excellent customer service. This role offers a permanent employment opportunity.


Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for incoming phone calls, ensuring a detail oriented and courteous manner at all times

• Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to perform administrative tasks and maintain accurate records

• Scan and organize files in an efficient manner to ensure easy retrieval when needed

• Print necessary documents and files as required

• Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing and resolving inquiries promptly

• Monitor customer accounts and undertake appropriate actions when necessary

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel is required
• Demonstrable experience with Receptionist Duties is essential
• Must possess strong Administrative Office skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary
• Must have the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Good organizational and time management skills are needed
• Basic understanding of customer service principles and practices
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle stress
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
• Must be detail oriented and have a friendly demeanor
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion is a must
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures is beneficial
• Must have a customer-oriented approach.
