The Receptionist will be an essential part of our team, where you will be tasked with administrative duties, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth operation of our front office.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure efficient handling and distribution of incoming emails
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving customer inquiries promptly
• Perform administrative office tasks to support the team
• Manage the reception area, including fielding phone calls and welcoming guests
• Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook for various tasks
• Maintain a friendly and outgoing demeanor to enhance the customer experience
• Assist customers in a detail oriented and courteous manner.• Minimum of 2 years experience in a receptionist role or similar
• Proven proficiency in administrative office duties
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience in typical receptionist duties
• Proficient in Word and other Office applications
• Experience in assisting customers both in-person and over the phone
• Excellent skills in email correspondence, with a focus on clarity and professionalism
