• Performing calculations as necessary for data entry tasks.
• Utilizing 10 Key Skills for efficient data entry.
• Scanning documents as required and maintaining organized digital records.
• Handling email correspondence with customers promptly and professionally.
• Typing tasks related to data entry and correspondence.
• Regular monitoring of customer accounts and taking appropriate actions.• Proficiency in 10 Key Skills
• Exceptional Customer Service abilities
• Prior experience in Data Entry
• Effective Email Correspondence skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word
• Proven skills in Organizing Files
• Ability to Perform Calculations accurately
• Experience in Scanning documents
• Excellent Typing skills
