Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are on the lookout for a diligent General Clerk III to join our team operating within the industry in BALTIMORE, Maryland, United States. As a General Clerk III, your main role will be to support our operations by managing customer applications, maintaining precise records, and handling customer queries. You will also be tasked with overseeing customer accounts and initiating appropriate actions as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications
• Maintain precise records for customer credit
• Manage customer inquiries and provide timely and effective responses
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required
• Perform filing duties as required
• Manage incoming correspondences including opening and sorting mail
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate parties
• Verify and validate documents related to the transfer and recordation of real property
• Review tax payments in relation to the transfer and recordation of real property
• Assist in government filings where necessary
• Execute data entry tasks as required.• Applicant must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a detail-oriented role.

• Proficiency in Annual Tax operations is a must.

• Demonstrated expertise in Filing and Government Filings is required.

• Experience in Eligibility Verification is essential.

• Must have strong Data Entry skills.
