Team Details:
• Post-Close Team: Handles tasks after loans close and fund.
• Reconcile fees, research databases, and collaborate with settlement agents.
• Focused on internal/third-party communication; no customer-facing work.
• Tasks include net funding reviews, disclosure reconciliation, and written email communication.
• Tools: Loan prep and onboarding systems, CORE, and county assessor sites.
• Training: Individualized and hands-on, based on the team. Start dates can be staggered.

Most Important Qualifications:
• Strong computer skills.
• Attention to detail—ensuring compliance and quality.
• Office experience: loan, banking, or mortgage preferred.
• Willingness to learn; new college grads have been great.
• Accounting background is a plus.

Location: 801 Walnut St, Des Moines, IA 50309. The current address is 801 Walnut St. All mortgage teams may move to Jordan Creek, West Des Moines, at the end of 2024.

Anticipated Duration: 24 Months with a possible contract extension

Shifts:

• 7 AM–3:30 PM hybrid (Week A/B schedule).
• 6 AM–2:30 PM fully in-office (shipping team with paper handling).
• Teams will not shift schedules; candidates must be okay staying on their assigned shifts.

Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
