Job Description: Human Resources Assistant

Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Human Resources Assistant to support our HR department in executing various programs and procedures for all company employees. This role is essential for maintaining effective communication and workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation of various human resources programs and procedures for all employees.
  • Review, process, and triage incoming communications (standard mail, email, voicemail, and service requests) to the appropriate teams while adhering to service level agreements within the case management system.
  • Monitor workflow queues to ensure balanced workloads, considering team availability and task complexity.
  • Accurately record and update the case management system with relevant call/transaction details and supporting documentation, ensuring thoroughness and precision.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to a high volume of calls and communications from employees and HR partners, addressing questions and concerns effectively within your scope of responsibility.
  • Offer administrative support to Corporate Human Resources Departments, including preparing reports and correspondence as directed.
  • Manage time effectively to meet required service level agreements and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • General understanding of computer systems and software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Hours: 11 AM - 8 PM M - F (Training will be during normal business hours)
