Must Haves:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficient with computers and navigating multiple applications.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with contact center workforce management systems like genysis, AWS, five9. 
  • CRM – Salesforce preferred. 
  • Hours required: 8am-9pm EST, Monday-Saturday- Will only work 40 Hours Total

 

Plusses:

  • Insurance license (Property, Casualty, Life and Health).
  • Knowledge of insurance products.

 

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding service to members via phone and computer.
  • Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and process transactions efficiently.
  • Promote Auto Club Group products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information.
