In this role, you will primarily be responsible for handling the company's accounts payable processes. This will involve performing various accounting and clerical tasks, providing administrative support, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial transactions. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:
• Accurately and efficiently process credit card expenditures and ensure their verification.
• Assist with the coding of invoices, vouchers, expense reports, and check requests to ensure proper entry into the financial system.
• Support the execution of weekly check runs.
• Maintain the accuracy of accounts payable and expense records by coding invoices.
• Provide necessary administrative support to the Controller and Staff Accountant.
• Handle the matching and mailing of A/P checks.
• Ensure the efficient processing and maintenance of accounts payable transactions.
• Undertake the task of filing invoices, credit cards, and expense reports.
• Assist in account reconciliation and invoice processing tasks.
• Participate in ad hoc duties related to data entry and accounts payable.• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or in a similar role
• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Payable (AP)
• Demonstrable experience with Check Runs
• Familiarity with Coding Invoices
• Strong Data Entry skills
• Experience in Invoice Processing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in preparing and managing Expense Reports
