 LHH is seeking an ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK for a contract-to-hire position in Houston, TX.

 

Position: ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK

Type: contract-to-hire

Location: 100% ONSITE (77024 zip code)

Pay Range: $18-20/hr DOE

Work Schedule: M-F, 8-5

 

DUTIES:

  • Handle all incoming invoices & manages all invoices

  • Attach Purchase orders to all invoices

  • Scan and attach documents into (Vista)

  • Handle all requests such as vendor set ups and Purchase order adjustments

  • Provide customers efficient and courteous service

  • Post positive pay at the end of each day

  • Meet monthly quotas

  • Send out cash reports every week to better assist the CFO

  • Data Entry: Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint for creating practice books

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma

 

SKILLS:

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook

 

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum one year of administrative experience

  • Experience in accounts payable a plus




Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
