Customer Service Representative I

Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative I, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer support. You will interact with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your strong communication and problem-solving skills will be essential in building positive customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Account Management: Maintain accurate customer records and account information.
  • Data Analysis: Process and analyze customer data to identify trends and improve service.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure seamless customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of customer service experience if no degree. Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office. Strong data analysis skills.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the insurance industry.

Work Environment:

  • Hybrid work model: A combination of in-office and remote work.
  • Must be located in Nashville, Tennessee.
