Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are on the lookout for a meticulous and efficient Onboarding Coordinator to join our team in the bustling city of WHITE PLAINS, New York. In this role, you will be required to handle a variety of onboarding tasks for new employees and the corresponding administrative activities. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:
• Efficiently manage a diverse range of onboarding tasks for new employees
• Handle the corresponding administrative activities related to onboarding
• Maintain and update employee records using Workday and Monday.com
• Conduct thorough background checks on potential employees
• Manage and resolve any inquiries related to onboarding and employee records
• Continuously monitor and maintain an organized system for employee records
• Familiarize and stay updated with Google Suite for administrative tasks
• Take responsibility for Benefit Functions related to the onboarding process
• Show initiative and drive to learn new HR platforms, if required
• Confidently handle any issues or challenges that may arise during the onboarding process.• Excellent proficiency in using the Google Suite for business operations
• Proficient in using monday.com for project management
• Ability to handle Background Checks with utmost professionalism and confidentiality
• Strong knowledge of Benefit Functions within an organization
• Proficient in using Workday for HR and finance management
• Proven experience in a similar role as an Onboarding Coordinator
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple onboarding processes simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with various departments
• Understanding of HR policies and procedures related to onboarding
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
