Bilingual HR Administrative Assistant

We are seeking for a Bilingual HR Administrative Assistant who is highly organized and detail-oriented to support our growing team. The ideal candidate must be proficient in English and Spanish and possess strong administrative and interpersonal skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records; including but not limited to: personnel files, benefits information, and performance reviews.
o Assist with new hire: including but not limited to onboarding, paperwork processing, orientation scheduling, and benefits enrollment.
o Process employee transactions: including but not limited to: transfers, promotions, and terminations.
o Provide administrative support; including but not limited to: employee relations, including handling inquiries and resolving issues.
o Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs.
o Prepare and distribute HR-related correspondence and reports.o General administrative support; including but not limited to: answer and direct incoming calls, respond to emails, schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, maintain office supplies and equipment.o Assist with various HR projects as needed.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) • High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP) preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:• Previous experience in HR or administrative role.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Hours: 10:00am-7:00pm
Pay: $20.00-$24.00
